Kay joins the Festival this year as the Executive Director. She is a cum laude graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor of Arts in Language and International Trade. She conducted undergraduate studies in France and Spain. Kay brings experience in hosting, scheduling and promoting events as well as working with community volunteers through her work in the Greenwood community. “I feel very fortunate and grateful to have the opportunity to work with the many volunteers, supporters and Chamber Staff that make the Festival of Flowers possible. I knew that when I assumed the position as the new Director for the Festival of Flowers that Frank Cuda would be a tough act to follow. I remain amazed and impressed with the fine job that he has done in the past and the accomplishments that he has achieved for the Festival over the past fourteen years. I am excited that we are able to offer new events this year and I hope Festival visitors and Greenwood residents will take time to enjoy our events scheduled for the month of June.
