The South Carolina Festival is proud to present the “Gardens of Greenwoodâ€? Past and Present. We have nine beautiful gardens open for tours this year. Come spend the day strolling through private home gardens many that have never been seen by the public. \r\n\r\nDuring your tour, attend a lecture by Jim Cothran, a practicing landscape architect, urban planter, and garden historian. He holds several degrees and serves on the boards of the Southern Garden History Society, the Alliance of Historic Landscape Preservation, Trees Atlanta, and the Cherokee Garden Library.
